Order processing

You can choose the necessary product and place the order at any time of the day. After it is processed, our manager will call you during business hours to confirm.

If the registration was made during business hours, we will contact you during the current business day. If you placed your order after 6:00 p.m., an online sales manager will contact you the next business day.

In the case of an order on weekends or holidays, the order will be processed on the next working day.

You can find out details about the delivery time of goods with the status "on order" from the online sales manager by phone on the website.

Delivery of goods

If the amount of the order is more than 2000 ₴, delivery and refund will be paid by our company.
*This applies only to orders paid in full in advance.

Possible delivery options

  • The goods are delivered by the Nova Poshta courier service to the branch indicated by the customer
  • Courier address delivery by Nova Poshta is possible with full prepayment for the product


The shipment of the goods takes place on the day of the order, provided that the order was made and paid for by 12:00 noon. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are shipped the next day.
