BTRY.ENERGY Thermal Containers – Key Provisions

The company BTR ENERGY was the first on the Ukrainian market to develop a thermal container for transporting and operating Li-ion batteries in cold conditions. They were specifically created for units that use ground robotics and unmanned aerial systems (UAS).

Thanks to a technological approach in manufacturing, the chamber where battery assemblies are stored is equipped with a heating system that allows maintaining a temperature regime of +21°C for up to 10 hours. Due to the optimal temperature, the operating time of devices increases. The container also protects your batteries from mechanical damage and environmental factors.

BTRY Battery Thermal Container – Specifications

The inner side of the container is covered with foil to retain heat inside. A battery is used to maintain the temperature. The thermal container has internal dimensions of 245×168×220, which allows it to accommodate various assemblies. For example, 6s2p – in the amount of 10 units, and 6s3p – in the amount of 8 units.

The casing can be in different colors, such as black, khaki, or customized to individual client requirements. The thermal container also includes a removable lid, shoulder strap, strap with buckle, charging cable, heating module, and a passport with a warranty card. The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.

How to Properly Store the Thermal Container

• To prevent the container from losing its operational characteristics, it should be stored in a cool and dry place at a temperature of 0°C to 40°C and air humidity not exceeding 75%.
• Keep away from flammable substances, at least 1 meter away from heating devices, and away from sources of thermal radiation.
• The device should be stored on shelves in packaged form.
• If long-term storage is required, the battery charge should not exceed 30%.

Disposal of the product must be carried out at specially designated enterprises. Before disposing of the battery, it must be fully discharged.
