The following methods of payment for orders are possible in our store:
- Cash or card upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch
- Visa/Mastercard on our website
- Payment for the product is possible by prepayment to our current account by IBAN. When processing the order, the manager will reserve the product and send payment information by messenger or mail
- Cashless payment on the basis of an invoice for legal entities (LLCs)
Orders totaling up to 500 UAH are shipped only after full payment.
Cashless payment
To pay for goods by non-cash payment, you need to select the payment type "Non-cash payment" when placing an order.
After coordination with the manager of the cashless payment department or confirmation in automatic mode, as well as confirmation of the reserve, an invoice including VAT will be sent to you by e-mail.
The invoice provided to you is valid for three banking days, excluding the day it is issued. If you plan to pay an overdue invoice, you need to check the availability of the product and the current price. After all, the seller is not responsible for the availability of goods after payment of an invalid invoice.
Please note that legal entities can receive goods by proxy with a passport (the recipient can only be an employee on whom a power of attorney is issued) or with a round seal of the organization and a passport.
A power of attorney is required in case of receipt of the goods by the FOP, if it is picked up by an employee of the FOP, and not by the entrepreneur himself.
When placing an order, a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur must provide the following documents:
- certificate of registration
- VAT payer certificate (if available)
- single tax payer certificate (if available)
The order will be shipped after the funds have been credited
