Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers malfunctions or damage resulting from a manufacturing defect or other factors not related to the use of the product. The following are examples of warranty coverage:

• Malfunction of parts due to a manufacturing defect.
• Device failure under normal operating conditions.
• Defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Terms:

• The warranty is valid upon presentation of a receipt and/or proof of purchase.
• Service is provided exclusively at the manufacturer’s service center.

Non-Warranty Cases

Non-warranty cases include, but are not limited to, damage caused by misuse or situations not covered by the standard warranty.

Examples of non-warranty cases:

• Mechanical damage due to drops, impacts, or other physical forces.
• Liquid entering the device.
• Signs of unauthorized repairs or tampering with internal components.
• Improper use or failure to follow the user manual.

Disclaimer:

In cases not covered by the warranty, the cost of any repairs is the customer’s responsibility.

Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, consumers have the following rights:

1. The right to exchange goods of acceptable quality (within 14 days): The buyer has the right to exchange non-food goods for similar items if they do not fit in terms of shape, size, or color.

   Provided that the goods have not been used and their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and sales receipt have been preserved.

2. In the event of significant defects arising from the manufacturer’s fault, the consumer has the right to demand:

   • A proportional reduction in price.
   • Free rectification of the defects within a reasonable time (warranty repair).
   • Reimbursement of the costs incurred to rectify the defects in the product.

3. If the defect is “significant” (cannot be remedied, or its remediation takes more than 14 days, or it reoccurs after repair), the consumer has the right to:

   • Terminate the contract and receive a refund.
   • Replace the product with the same or a similar one from among those available at the seller’s location.

Note: When filing a warranty claim, be sure to keep the original packaging for the entire return period (14 days).

After 14 days, it is no longer possible to return or exchange goods of satisfactory quality. From that point on, only warranty service applies.
