It is a compact cassette power system designed to power EW and RIS systems with the ability for easy and reliable installation on vehicles. The module is equipped with two battery slots, allowing for quick replacement of power elements without losing functionality. Its design is adapted for installation on both military vehicles and medical evacuation (Medevac) vehicles.
The BTRY 7s1p Li-NMC battery for Energy Module is a standard 7s1p battery assembly based on SK Innovation cells that operates reliably under moderate to high loads. This battery pack has been adapted for integration into the Energy Module system, an uninterruptible power supply solution for EW and SIGINT systems.
The 7s1p battery for the Energy Module is equipped with a convenient locking handle that allows for quick battery changes in the field. To ensure compatibility with the Energy Module system, the AS150U-F power connector is used. The body is made of aluminium, which reduces the overall weight of the assembly without losing strength and resistance to mechanical stress.
The battery is equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System) board that provides continuous monitoring of its condition. The BMS can be connected via the JK BMS mobile application available for Android/iOS, which allows real-time monitoring and control from a smartphone. The battery is also equipped with an LCD display and control buttons that allow the operator to switch the battery on/off and check the battery status on the display.
The pack is built using SK Innovation E603A Li-NMC cells — high-quality energy units with a nominal voltage of 3.6 V and a capacity of 60,300 mAh. Manufactured in South Korea, these cells deliver consistent performance, high energy density, and resilience under load. We use only new, certified cells — no refurbished or questionable sources.
