It is a compact cassette power system designed to power EW and RIS systems with the ability for easy and reliable installation on vehicles. The module is equipped with two battery slots, allowing for quick replacement of power elements without losing functionality. Its design is adapted for installation on both military vehicles and medical evacuation (Medevac) vehicles.
The module operates on the "hot swap" principle for batteries. The system automatically powers from one battery while the other is in reserve. When the active battery discharges, the Energy Module automatically switches to the second one without power interruption. At this point, the discharged battery is removed and replaced with a charged one, which becomes the new reserve. This ensures continuous power supply even during the physical battery replacement.
Each battery of the system is equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System) board, which ensures continuous monitoring of the state of each battery. It is possible to connect to the BMS via the JK BMS mobile app, available for Android/iOS, allowing real-time monitoring and control from a smartphone. Additionally, each battery is equipped with an LCD display and control buttons, enabling the operator to turn the battery on/off and check the battery status on the display.
The Energy Module enclosure is made of aluminum, ensuring high strength and light weight. Equipped with metal supports for secure fixation on equipment, the module also features metal handles for convenient transportation. To ensure safe and secure battery mounting, the enclosure includes doors that provide reliable fixation.
To avoid wasting time charging the battery during combat missions, you can purchase additional batteries for the Energy Module. This way, you can ensure continuous operation for any required period. You can order an additional 7s1p battery for the Energy Module using the link.
