What is the 7s1p BAT.095 configuration?

This model features an optimized design for convenient use in extreme conditions. The 7s1p configuration is a series connection of seven Li-NMC cells, providing a nominal voltage of 25.2 V. It uses SK Innovation E603A cells with a capacity of 60,300 mAh and a peak discharge current of up to 60.3 A. This format is suitable for energy-intensive systems operating in harsh environments that require stable power supply and high durability.

For which platforms

The BTRY 7s1p BAT.095 SK Innovation (E603A) battery pack is designed for electronic warfare (EW) and signal intelligence (SIGINT) systems. It is compatible with both mobile and stationary platforms where autonomy, stability, and the ability to withstand peak loads are critical. The nominal voltage of 25.2 V corresponds to a configuration of 7 Li-NMC cells, enabling integration without additional adapters or converters.

Connectors and interface

On the side of the case, there are two XT-90 power connectors and a display for quick access to charge level information. The connectors are protected by special insulating caps. The pack is also equipped with a BMS board supporting Bluetooth 4.2, allowing real-time battery monitoring via the JK BMS mobile app (Android/iOS).

Battery cells and reliability

The pack is built using SK Innovation E603A Li-NMC cells — high-quality energy units with a nominal voltage of 3.6 V and a capacity of 60,300 mAh. Manufactured in South Korea, these cells deliver consistent performance, high energy density, and resilience under load. We use only new, certified cells — no refurbished or questionable sources.
