Innovations in unmanned systems cover a wide range of solutions: in France, mass drone drops from an A400M aircraft were tested, Romania is arming itself with the American anti-drone system MEROPS based on Surveyor, while STM Defense Technologies supplies NATO countries with FPV drones Kargu and Alpagu for integration into combat vehicles; in the US, Auterion together with Kraken Kinetics demonstrated drone swarm technology, while Skyeton in Ukraine introduced a hydrogen-powered version of the reconnaissance Raybird, and Gara Neith became a new mothership drone for FPV transportation; in parallel, the UCDI Investor Club investment platform is being created to boost defense technologies; the domestic Octopus with AI is already countering Shahed, while new Russian modifications “Geran-5” and Shahed with MANPADS show rapid threat evolution; in the field of ground robotic complexes, DevDroid integrated a target detection system with three cameras and AI, while the French UGV Hermione runs on hydrogen fuel; in the EW domain, Unwave developed the mobile system “Choven-2,” and “Kvazar 3M” has been approved for armored vehicles, which together with public-private partnerships form a new level of critical infrastructure protection.
