Modern warfare is increasingly shifting into the technological domain, where unmanned systems, ground robotic complexes, and electronic warfare tools play a decisive role. Turkish company STM successfully tested a swarm of 20 Kargu drones, while Ukrainian firm Swarmer is preparing for an IPO on Nasdaq, simultaneously joining the Pentagon’s “Drone Dominance” program alongside “General Chereshnya” and Ukrainian Defense Drones Tech. UNWAVE introduced the kamikaze drone “Steppe Wind” with a 5 kg warhead and obtained a license to produce OCTOPUS interceptors designed to counter “Shaheds,” while British company Drone Defence unveiled a high-speed interceptor drone capable of reaching 270 km/h. In the field of ground robotic complexes, Ukrainian company Vyriy presented the tracked Dzhankoi equipped with Starlink and backup LTE/ELRS channels, capable of transporting 500 kg of cargo and evacuating equipment weighing over 2 tons, while Frontline Robotics and BUREVII integrated the “Burya” turret with an Mk 19 grenade launcher into the ARDAL platform, creating a versatile UGV for fire support and logistics missions. Meanwhile, electronic warfare systems PARASOL 01 and PARASOL 02 ranked among the top three most requested solutions on Brave1 Market, confirming that the effectiveness of electronic warfare is becoming critical for unit survival in a drone-saturated environment.
