At the same time, export control remains crucial to prevent the leakage of technologies and uncontrolled relocation of enterprises. Ukraine has a unique opportunity to fill market gaps left by Russia due to the war, leveraging its own production capabilities and attracting foreign investments. Collaboration with Western companies, the establishment of production hubs, localization, and integration into advanced defense technology development can secure Ukraine’s leadership in the industry and ensure stable export revenues.
