That’s why we present our new ENERGY MODULE, designed to ensure uninterrupted operation of mission-critical equipment in any conditions — from deep rear positions to the front line. Reliable, compact, and durable, it guarantees that protection and intelligence gathering will never stop due to lack of energy. This power module is a unique development by our company, BTRY, with no analogues on the market. It is purpose-built to power EW and SIGINT systems without interruption, ensuring flawless performance even in the harshest conditions.

Why is this power module essential?

Uninterrupted operation of EW systems means the enemy remains blind, and our forces stay protected. Any power disruption can cost not just hardware — but lives. Every second the EW system shuts down for battery switching is an opportunity for the enemy to strike or detect a position. That’s why reliable energy supply is not just a convenience — it’s a critical necessity in modern warfare.

Our ENERGY MODULE is engineered for maximum flexibility and user-friendliness in real combat scenarios. With ergonomic handles, it can be easily transported and rapidly deployed at the required location. Special mounts allow it to be securely fastened in horizontal or vertical positions on any military platform — from trucks and specialized vehicles to armored fighting vehicles, pickups, SUVs, or even watercraft.

Beyond battlefield use, the module is also perfect for military fortifications, buildings, containers, tents, or camouflaged positions — wherever uninterrupted power is critically needed.

How it works:

The module consists of a battery system housing and three 7s1p batteries (with SK Innovation cells). Before use, two pre-charged batteries are inserted into the housing, while the third remains on standby for quick replacement.

Each battery is activated using the “POWER” button. The system automatically detects the less charged battery and puts it into operation. An indicator on the housing shows which battery is currently supplying power. When the first battery discharges (approaches minimum voltage), the system automatically switches to the second one. The first battery is then removed and replaced with the fully charged spare. The operator activates the new battery with the “POWER” button, and it seamlessly integrates into the system, while the depleted one is set for recharging.

This principle ensures uninterrupted power supply without critical downtime. Thanks to a built-in solid-state relay, there are no sparks when swapping batteries.

Each battery features a built-in BMS (Battery Management System), providing protection and optimal performance. A built-in Bluetooth module allows the operator to connect to the battery via smartphone using the JK BMS app (available for Android and iOS). This enables real-time monitoring of system status, charge levels, voltage, and temperature, ensuring maximum safety and efficiency.
