Ukraine is rapidly scaling innovations in the field of unmanned systems: from “Palianytsia” to THOR OPERATOR drones by Altair Technologies and the operational-tactical Gor by Airlogix, which received a new catapult and ATLAS software. VARTA is bringing the Dozor AI interceptor with artificial intelligence to final testing, while Piranha Tech has presented the modular EW system DF-3 against Mavic. At the same time, on the global level, a highlight is Ukrspecsystems’ £200 million investment into British drone production, cooperation with Poland, Taiwan, and Denmark, as well as large-scale deliveries of THeMIS UGVs from Estonia’s Milrem Robotics. Altogether, this underscores the shift of Ukraine’s industry from hardware to software innovations and its impact on the international security architecture.
